We worked with a sales team of 26 individuals responsible for supporting their dealer clients to maximise their revenues through the sale of motor finance to their retail customers.
The design of the program, following consultation with the client, was to provide for a more consultative approach; to become more of a business partner to the dealer and not “the rep”.
Furthermore, it was to train the account managers on how to train the dealer teams to overcome objections, to convert more customers from “cash” to motor finance and how to compliantly present the available options to the customer.
