A client who runs a large volume franchise dealership, already had an existing profitable Business Sales Department and were looking to expand further into the local business sector having previously specialised in Government Sales.
Following an evaluation of the local business opportunities in their local area, I helped them to recruit a Business Sales Executive, as well as a Broker Specialist and then introduced a clear B2B contact strategy allowing everyone to concentrate their prospecting on different end users.
By creating a bespoke plan, involving step by step coaching on how to solicit and have meaningful conversations with local businesses, how to “win” an appointment and how to conduct a valuable meeting, the dealer placed over 250 additional orders in the first 12 months, creating an additional £140,000 of bottom line profit, increasing to £290,000 in the 2nd year.
